## Tasks

**What you'll be doing:**  
The focus of the role is to elevate our business data and analytics output to fully address the needs of all internal stakeholders and ensure the delivery of reliable and accurate data.

*   Lead a small team of 1 data analyst and 1 data engineer to develop data products (end-to-end) which deliver data analytics to your stakeholders in an efficient way.
*   Engage with your stakeholders expressed and implicit business requirements to scope and design data products that enable robust fact-based decisions
*   Own and be accountable for the delivery and presentation of accurate and reliable data, supported by robust flows and documentation, and proactively lead remediation efforts in identified and fixing bugs in data flows
*   Manage and allocate our data and analytics resources effectively, to prioritise between and deliver successful projects with agreed scopes, regular period end reporting, and support ticket backlogs, within budget and committed timescales
*   Develop and own the data and analytics road map and ensure its execution
*   Take overarching responsibility for the analytics data architecture and data warehouse, manage the data engineering tech stack, and guide data engineering on implementation of agreed data flows
*   Coach and motivate your team to achieve your team objectives

## Requirements

**What we will love about you:**

*   Proven work experience in a leadership position
*   You have 5+ years of experience in a data analytics role within a software / Saas environment
*   You have advanced knowledge of data warehouses, python, sql and BI tools
*   You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are eager to drive/progress Analytics for our organization
*   You are a stellar project manager to turn your plan into results effectively
*   As an excellent communicator and change manager your are able to influence across departments and leadership levels
*   You have a good general understanding of business processes, goals and needs of a tech company
*   You have the ability to understand a business stakeholder's underlying problem and transform it into a data requirement
*   Fluent in English (spoken, written)
