Our mission is to reduce global water consumption by 30%, and we are looking for a skilled Key Account Manager to nurture client relationships and drive sales growth.
Tasks
As a Key Account Manager, you will focus on managing strategic client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling Shayp’s solutions. You will work closely with the sales team to deliver high-quality customer experiences and support the company’s growth goals. This role requires a strong communicator with excellent skills in slides and spreadsheets for impactful presentations and data reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain trust with key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for their needs.
- Understand client goals and challenges to recommend appropriate solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle for upselling opportunities, from identifying needs to closing deals.
Presentation and Reporting
- Prepare professional presentations and reports using slides and spreadsheets to communicate value propositions and performance metrics.
- Deliver compelling client-facing materials tailored to both strategic and operational stakeholders.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Engage with diverse stakeholders, including C-level executives and technical professionals, adapting your communication style to suit their needs.
- Foster long-term partnerships and ensure high client satisfaction.
Sales Support and CRM Management
- Maintain accurate client information and sales activity records in the CRM (HubSpot).
- Provide regular updates on account status, forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients
Requirements
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in account management or B2B sales, ideally in a technical or SaaS environment.
- Expertise in creating impactful slides and spreadsheets for presentations and data analysis.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and engage with diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and a proactive approach to documentation and reporting.
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing upselling opportunities and increasing client lifetime value.
- Knowledge of IoT, SaaS, or water management industries is an asset.
