We are a growing team looking for a Business Analyst to join our office in Milan.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Business Analyst, you will work on an exciting variety of strategic and operational tasks. Your responsibilities will span from conducting market research and developing financial models to analyzing data for informed decision-making and spearheading key project management initiatives. You will play an integral role reporting to the Regional General Manager, this position offers a unique opportunity to gain a 360° view of high-growth company operations while actively contributing to addressing challenges alongside internal and external senior leaders.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL…

  • Drive the identification, conceptualization, and execution of key priorities, to advance sennder’s strategic objectives
  • Collaborate closely with the Regional General Manager, delivering tangible insights from project conception through to implementation
  • Serve as a liaison between the founders and various stakeholders inside and outside sennder, ensuring clear communication and alignment on priorities
  • Support sennder’s executives in maximizing their efficiency by preparing key meetings with presentations, including board meetings and strategy offsites
  • Assist in the development of business plans, financial models, pitch decks, and other strategic documents
  • Conduct market analyses and competitive research to identify growth opportunities

PREFERABLY YOU HAVE…

  • 3 years of experience navigating challenging and fast-paced environments, preferably at a top-tier management consulting firm or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Economics related field
  • Demonstrated track record of leading cross-functional projects or initiatives, project management expertise is a plus
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to translate them into actionable insights; experience in financial modeling and analysis is a plus
  • Strong bias towards action and results-oriented mindset, with a strategic plan to achieve objectives
  • Proficiency in use of G-Suite or MS-Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Professional fully fluent knowledge of both Italian and English languages
