SeeSicht is a small family office of AI-first companies. We build profitable companies that solve real problems — funded 100% by the founder or the founder and his network. No investor search, no fundraising rounds, no hype.
Our playbook has been run once already: MyBikePlan started as a side hustle in 2019, reached CHF 1 million revenue in its first year, grew into a company with a team and office in 2021, and was sold in 2025 at close to CHF 20 million revenue. Today we repeat the same playbook on every new company — test demand with a real prototype and real marketing money, build the product only after the market answers, then grow and scale with the team.
Our current portfolio includes Fairbroker (an AI-based insurance broker, market test now, go live Q1 2027), a kettlebell-based fitness app in prototype, and Glanzio (B2B store-window cleaning run end-to-end by AI, launch test Q1 2027).
Everything runs mostly on AI — sales, support, finance and operations — so small teams can run big companies. The founder brings the ideas, the network, the funding and the infrastructure of a company that already runs: accounting integration and the finance team come from SeeSicht GmbH, so young builders build the company, not its admin.
We hire graduates straight from university: a 12-month internship side by side with the founder — he coaches and strategises, you execute — with up to 10% of the project's profit during the internship, then a stake of up to 10% equity and a base salary of at least CHF 5,000/month from month 13. Our stack is Lovable, Claude and Airtable. Based in Switzerland, working in English.
