We're growing fast in the international market and want to help more people discover the world under sail. We're looking for a strategically minded professional who can scale our customer acquisition efforts in new markets and drive key growth metrics.
You’re a great fit if you don’t just run ads — you build efficient acquisition strategies: test hypotheses, explore unconventional channels, scale what works, and optimize budgets. You understand the story behind the numbers, see the customer journey as a whole, and know where to find growth points
Tasks
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new leads
- Manage and optimize acquisition channels (paid ads, SEO, partnerships, marketplaces)
- Improve the conversion funnel to increase both the quantity and quality of leads
- Test and scale new approaches and channels; manage acquisition budgets
- Analyze campaign and channel performance; adjust strategies and segment audiences accordingly
- Collaborate with other teams: analytics, design, sales, and product
- Contribute to creative concept development
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working with acquisition channels (Google Ads, Meta, SEO, content marketing)
- Strong understanding of metrics like CAC, CPL, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Experience building and analyzing acquisition funnels
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Skilled in A/B testing and landing page optimization
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
- Budget management and performance forecasting skills
- Ability to work with targeting and retargeting campaigns
- Eagerness to test new hypotheses and adapt quickly
- English level B2 or higher
- Russian level B2 or higher
