Job Description

To expand our Growth team, we are looking for a

Growth Intern (f/m/d) who can join us for six months in our location in Bonn (Germany), starting in July (40 h/week).

During your internship, you'll have a unique chance to acquire practical experience by collaborating closely with our Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams. You'll independently ideate and propose experiments and develop innovative marketing strategies that drive Lead Generation — the fundamental goal: discovering and mastering new channels to gain traction for Scanbot SDK's solutions.

How you will make an impact

• You provide our Growth Managers with relevant research for new initiatives.
• You independently generate ideas for new experiments and present them to your team and management.
• You develop innovative marketing strategies that facilitate lead generation and directly impact our revenue growth.
• You will collaborate with our content and development team to improve the content of our website.

• You monitor and improve our paid ad campaigns across different platforms, including LinkedIn, Reddit, and Meta.

Requirements

We have put a lot of thought into what you should bring to this position.

• You are currently studying/completing your degree (Economics, Business Administration, Management, Business Informatics, or similar) or have first relevant work experience and are looking for a new challenge.
• You enjoy working with numbers, have an analytical and logical mindset, and are curious to explore and master new topics and tasks.
• You perceive your own errors and setbacks as chances to advance personally and professionally.
• You enjoy working independently and embrace new challenges.

• You are fluent in English (fluency in German is a plus).
