Hiring Process:

  1. Initial Conversation 30': Get to know each other and understand whether we are a fit.
  2. Deep Dive Conversation 60': We dive deep into your previous experience that relates to the job & how SalesPlaybook can be part of your future professional journey.
  3. Remote Task: We ask you to complete our remote task at home, so that we understand how you work on a challenging problem. It's followed up by a 15min Q+A.
  4. Offer & Get-To-Know the Team: Finally, you speak to our entire team, which has the final say on our end
  5. Reference Checks & Signature: We typically do 2-3 thorough reference checks as a final step.
