Safnah IT Services is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize our online marketing campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who is data-driven, creative, and passionate about driving growth through digital channels. You will be responsible for increasing brand visibility, generating qualified leads, and improving ROI through targeted campaigns across search engines, social media, email, and other digital platforms.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Campaigns

  • Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies aligned with Safnah’s business goals.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, display ads).
  • Manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Research and analyze target audience to craft tailored messaging and content.
  • Monitor competitors’ digital presence and identify new growth opportunities.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Perform keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO audits.
  • Optimize website structure, metadata, and content for higher organic rankings.
  • Collaborate with developers to improve site speed, mobile-friendliness, and overall SEO health.

Content & Social Media

  • Manage and grow Safnah’s presence across major social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality, shareable posts, graphics, and videos.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent publishing.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and monitor brand reputation.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track KPIs, campaign performance, and user engagement metrics.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social insights to produce regular reports.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on performance data to improve campaigns.

Email & Marketing Automation

  • Design and run targeted email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing.
  • Build and segment email lists to maximize open and click-through rates.
  • A/B test subject lines, CTAs, and design to optimize results.

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing (preferably in IT, tech, or B2B services).

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.).
  • Experience managing social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter.
  • Familiarity with CMS systems (WordPress, Joomla, Shopify, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, SendGrid).

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Team player with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
