Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Manager at Safna IT Services. The specialist will be responsible for network administration, troubleshooting, network security, and providing technical support services. Customer service is also a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Experience:
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT management or a similar role.
• Proven experience in managing IT projects and teams.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, network management, and cybersecurity.
• Experience with cloud services, databases, and virtualization technologies.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Certifications:

• Preferred certifications include ITIL, PMP, or relevant IT management certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Strategy:
• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Infrastructure Management:
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of all IT systems, including servers, networks, and hardware.
• Ensure high levels of availability and security of the IT infrastructure.
• Project Management:
• Manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
• Coordinate with other departments to understand their technology needs.
• Budget Management:
• Prepare and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
• Monitor IT expenses and make recommendations for cost savings.
• Vendor Management:
• Evaluate and manage relationships with third-party service providers and vendors.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure services are delivered as agreed.
• Data Security:
• Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
• User Support:
• Oversee IT support services, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
• Provide training and support to staff on IT tools and systems.
• Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations regarding data protection and privacy.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
