We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven SEO Specialist to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO best practices, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for driving organic traffic to our website. You will be responsible for optimizing our online presence and implementing strategies to improve search engine rankings.

## Tasks

Key Responsibilities

*   **Keyword Research**: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for content creation and optimization.
*   **On-page Optimization**: Optimize website content, meta tags, and images to enhance search engine visibility.
*   **Technical SEO**: Perform technical audits and implement best practices to improve site performance, including page speed and mobile responsiveness.
*   **Content Strategy**: Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that aligns with search intent.
*   **Link Building**: Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to increase domain authority.
*   **Analytics & Reporting**: Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console; provide regular reports on SEO metrics.
*   **Stay Updated**: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and algorithm changes in SEO and digital marketing.
*   **Competitor Analysis**: Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses in our SEO strategy compared to competitors.

## Requirements

*   **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
*   **Experience**: 5+ years of experience in SEO or digital marketing.
*   **Technical Skills**: Proficient in SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
*   **Understanding of HTML/CSS**: Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for on-page optimization.
*   **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
*   **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*   **Project Management**: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
*   **Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
