Deine Aufgaben

1. Responsibility for Commercial & Education Division

• You lead and develop our teams in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development – in close collaboration with our Commercial Director.
• You are responsible for revenue and actively shape our growth strategy.
• You drive innovation projects – particularly in the Education division – together with the Business Unit Director Education.

• You develop our international roadmap in close alignment with the leadership team.

  2. Strategic Stakeholder Management

• You build and expand strategic partnerships – both nationally and internationally.
• You coordinate funding applications and conduct financing discussions within the scope of our innovation projects.

• You design formats for strategic communication at political and institutional levels.

  3. Representation & Positioning

• You bring RIMASYS to international congresses, industry platforms, and community events.

• You position our vision and offerings in the global market for surgical training and continuing education.

  4. Leadership & Organizational Development

• You work closely with the leadership team and oversee key roles.
• You foster a values-driven culture, act as a sparring partner at C-level, and actively shape our company-wide strategy.

Dein Profil

• Several years of leadership experience in the MedTech sector, ideally with a focus on orthopedic or surgical topics.
• Experience with international customer, partner, or education networks.
• A confident presence at executive and association levels – combined with political sensitivity and negotiation skills, particularly in clinical settings with chief physicians.
• Enthusiasm for international collaboration, travel, and intercultural dynamics.
• A modern leadership approach: team-oriented, empathetic, and clear – suitable for a fast-growing company.
