We leverage transparent and actionable frameworks to help our clients launch, scale, and optimize their mobile app presence effectively.

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Manager (REMOTE) to join our dynamic team and drive growth to our OEM marketing business.

The ideal candidate will focus on:

  1. Identifying and qualifying new prospects globally
  2. Booking meetings and negotiating deals for our established OEM business
  3. Closing and onboarding app developers globally in collaboration with the rest of the team
  4. Acting as a brand ambassador for REPLUG, promoting the company and its values through a variety of activities, including events

You will be working closely with the Head of Growth & Co-founder of the company, with the objective of scaling massively our OEM side of the business.

Tasks

  • Lead new business development activities globally for our OEM offering, from prospecting to closing.
  • Develop and implement sales and go-to-market strategies to meet growth and revenue goals.
  • Qualify leads, engage in phone interactions, and negotiate deals.
  • Manage sales data accuracy in our CRM (Hubspot).
  • Effectively communicate REPLUG's offerings and values through email and phone.
  • Develop creative approaches to engage prospects and present OEM partnership opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance lead generation and qualification efforts.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a B2B sales role, preferably in app installs and media campaigns (knowledge of OEM marketing is a significant advantage).
  • Familiarity with prospecting tools (e.g., Apollo, ZeroBounce, Sales Navigator, Apptica).
  • Strong organizational skills and work ethic; ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in German, Spanish, or French is a plus.
