Ready to build brilliant relationships and drive real impact in the energy transition?

At Renewable Exchange, we’re on a mission to transform how renewable generators and energy buyers interact—and we’re looking for an ambitious, people-focused Account Manager to help us do it.

This is more than your typical account management role. You’ll be at the heart of the clean energy economy, working closely with renewable energy generators and offtakers to help them get the most from our powerful platform. • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients and offtakers, delivering timely communication, insight, and support that adds real value.

• Develop and execute client and offtaker engagement strategies in collaboration with the Commercial Director, aligned to wider commercial goals.

• Guide clients through the exclusive tendering process, ensuring a smooth experience and supporting interpretation of bid outcomes.

• Build strong, long-term relationships with offtakers, including regular check-ins, issue resolution, and strategic alignment to support commercial growth.

• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services, and support onboarding, training, and education to maximise platform value.

• Monitor market trends and gather client/offtaker feedback to influence product development, marketing content, and internal strategy.

• Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM and represent Renewable Exchange at client meetings and industry events to enhance visibility and trust.
