At Reliant Pediatric Home Care, based in New Jersey with multiple locations throughout the state, we specialize in private duty nursing and skilled nursing care for medically fragile children up to age 21. We provide 24/7 one-on-one care—continuous, intermittent, or as needed—delivered in the comfort of the child’s home and, when required, at school. Our family-centered approach focuses on delivering high-quality, compassionate care in a nurturing family environment, treating each child as if they were our own while collaborating closely with families and experienced nurses to support the best possible outcomes.
