What We’re Looking For
Educational Background: HBO / WO education or equivalent thinking level.
Experience Level: Medior or senior job level.
Agile Scrum Expertise: Experience with Agile Scrum, preferably certified PSPO.
Energy Market Affinity: A passion for the energy (savings) market is a plus.
Software Development Interest: A knack for software development is a bonus.
Communication Skills: Strong communicative abilities, approachable personality, and proactive in anticipating needs.
Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written
What You’ll Do
As a Product Owner, you'll be responsible for the 'Buildings and Housing' product family within our company, developing a long-term vision. You'll balance interests among all stakeholders (external, business, and R&D), maintain a helicopter view, and provide the development team with answers to any question. You're not afraid to ask critical questions, keeping yourself, the team, and the environment focused.
Your Main Responsibilities
Product Management: Oversee the Paris Proof Monitor and Energy Navigator products (both high-code).
Application Development Support: Assist in developing applications on the Mendix platform.
About Our Products
Energy Navigator: Combines data science with deep knowledge of buildings to create 'Energy Intelligence' – smart software for commercial and social real estate. It customizes energy management based on unique building data.
Paris Proof Monitor: An online driver for the sustainability of our customers' real estate, combining available data and monitoring over time to generate a Paris Proof score (kWh per m²) for different buildings and portfolios.
Our Team
You’ll be part of a Scrum-based product team, including developers and a scrum master, with support from an architect and business analysts. Our software development department consists of 15 passionate individuals.
