Join a Global Supply Chain Transformation

We’re partnering with a global organisation undertaking a major supply chain planning transformation—replacing SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) with o9 Solutions. As an experienced o9 Planning Expert, you'll play a key role in leading this transition, shaping the future of the client’s planning capabilities across demand, supply, and scenario modeling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the migration from SAP IBP to o9 Solutions in a global environment
• Assess current IBP processes and design improved workflows in o9
• Define and implement planning capabilities including demand planning, supply planning, and scenario simulation
• Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to capture requirements and validate planning models
• Configure the o9 platform, support data integration workflows, and enable user adoption through training
• Help define and measure what good planning performance looks like in o9

Your Profile:

• Strong hands-on experience with o9 Solutions in a supply chain context
• Solid understanding of SAP IBP, particularly the planning modules being replaced
• Proven ability to translate business needs into o9 models and applications
• Deep knowledge of demand and supply planning principles and KPIs
• Familiarity with integration concepts (ERP systems, APIs, data lakes)
• Excellent communication skills and experience leading workshops
