SAP FICO Consultant

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading consultancy in Belgium with a strong presence across multiple industries, including retail, industrials, technology, construction, and chemicals. With 160 employees and a solid project pipeline, they provide cutting-edge SAP solutions to top-tier clients.

As they continue to grow, they are looking for a skilled SAP FICO Consultant to join their team. This is a full-time, remote opportunity with occasional on-site visits as required.

Your Role

As an SAP FICO Consultant, you will play a key role in helping clients optimize their financial processes through SAP solutions. You will work across a variety of industries, providing expert guidance and ensuring smooth implementations, configurations, and support.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading SAP FICO implementations, upgrades, and optimizations
• Configuring and customizing FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling) modules
• Supporting integration with other SAP modules and ensuring seamless end-to-end processes
• Analyzing business needs and translating them into effective SAP solutions
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical and functional issues
• Advising clients on best practices and future enhancements

Your Profile

• 2+ years of SAP FICO experience, including configuration and implementation
• Strong knowledge of FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, Asset Accounting, CO-PA, and CO-PC
• Experience with S/4HANA Finance and ECC to S/4 transitions is a plus
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and integrate FICO with other SAP modules
• Strong problem-solving and customer-oriented mindset
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus
