As part of the IT support team, you are responsible for onsite support operations and system administration, providing responsive and friendly end-user support, infrastructure management and the continuous improvement of our workplace technology environment.
Tasks
We are looking for a team member who can:
- Manage the IT lifecycle (onboarding, internal mobility, offboarding, etc.).
- Provide Level 1 and/or Level 2 support (introducing new hardware or software, initial incident diagnosis, logging tickets, assisting with first-time login or settings configuration, opening accounts/permissions, performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and managing hardware inventory).
- Has experience with Jamf, Intune, Google Workspace & Jira Service Management.
- Proactively look for new and better ways to support our teams on the ground, whether as a part of IT or as an advocate for service to other departments.
Requirements
We’re looking for a team member with:
- A degree equivalent to a two-year postsecondary diploma (bac +2) or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts simply
- An enthusiastic and proactive mindset.
- A collaborative and team-oriented spirit.
- Fluent English skills, German or French is a bonus.
