Senior Analytics Engineer - Data Platform (Snowflake + DBT)

As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you’ll be at the core of our client who are an online marketplace’s modern Data Platform: shaping how raw data becomes reliable, analytics-ready information that powers decision-making across the company. You’ll design, build, and maintain scalable dbt models in Snowflake, ensuring data remains accurate, consistent, and well-documented.

What you’ll do

• Develop and maintain dbt models that transform raw data into clean, trusted, and analytics-ready datasets in Snowflake.​
• Define and evolve data contracts, metrics, and semantic models across key business domains.​
• Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable and consistent data for insights and reporting.​
• Apply best practices in testing, documentation, and version control to ensure data quality and reproducibility.​
• Contribute to the architecture and evolution of the new data platform (bronze/silver/gold layers, CI/CD pipelines, data governance, and monitoring).

• In depth production experience in analytics engineering, data modeling, or advanced analytics.​
• Strong SQL and dbt skills – including modeling, testing, and macro development.​
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake or another modern cloud data warehouse.​
• Solid understanding of data modeling principles, ELT workflows, and tools in the modern data stack.​
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills – able to partner effectively with product, data, and business teams.​
