Your Responsibilities

As a Java Software Engineer, you will play a key role in building and optimizing our online banking platform, working alongside a diverse team of top developers. Your work will directly impact how customers interact with our investment products.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality, scalable solutions for our investment platform.
• Integrate third-party components into our existing system architecture.
• Define and uphold best practices, coding standards, and development guidelines within the team.

• Collaborate on architectural decisions to ensure long-term system sustainability.

  Your Daily Tasks:

• Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code with a strong focus on quality.
• Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring performance, security, and maintainability.
• Work with the team to document and refine coding standards and best practices.
• Research and propose alternative technical solutions where applicable.
• Take end-to-end ownership of projects and their successful delivery.
• Maintain and improve technical documentation and manage technical debt proactively.
• Contribute to the hiring process by conducting tech-fit interviews and evaluating technical challenges.

Your Profile

• 5+ years of Java development experience in a professional setting.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle in a Java ecosystem.
• Experience working in collaborative, agile teams, delivering high-quality software.
• Comfortable with open discussions on code, architecture, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with:
  - AWS services
  - Kubernetes (K8s)
  - Event-driven architectures (Kafka, ActiveMQ)
  - Spring Boot
  - SQL (& NoSQL databases is a plus)
• Fluent in English (our working language).

• A university degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
