We are seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager to support the execution and optimization of our affiliate marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for a professional with a solid foundation in partnership marketing, strong analytical skills, and hands-on experience with affiliate platforms.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all aspects of affiliate marketing campaigns, ensuring the growth of revenue and customer acquisition through our affiliate network.
- Actively recruit new affiliate partners and build strong, long-term relationships with existing affiliates.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Impact, and Looker to assess the effectiveness of partnerships and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Track campaign metrics, report on pacing, and provide projections to ensure alignment with financial goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure timely delivery of assets for affiliate campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and apply knowledge to refine partnership strategies and improve campaign outcomes.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related analytical field.
- 1-3 years of experience in affiliate or partnership marketing.
- Proficiency with affiliate marketing platforms such as Impact, G Suite, Looker/Tableau, and HubSpot.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proven ability to build and maintain affiliate relationships.
- Experience managing campaign metrics, reporting on pacing, and providing projections to ensure campaigns are on track.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
