• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any hardware or software issues that may arise during system integration.
• Document system configurations, changes, and procedures for future reference and training purposes.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• minimum 5 years of work experiece system integration and IT support .
• Strong knowledge of networking, databases, and cloud services.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
