Shaping the narrative for early-stage investments

Lotus Ventures is an investment firm founded by Christopher Obereder, backing exceptional startups and ambitious young entrepreneurs in the Thai ecosystem with plans to deploy $1M+ into Asian startups over the next 12 months. Based worldwide on a fully remote basis with a 40-hour work week on a 12-month freelancer contract, you will work closely with Christopher across startups, investments, growth, PR, and operations starting in January 2027.

Your responsibilities

• Lead public relations strategies to elevate the firm's portfolio companies and investment activities.

• Coordinate media outreach, press releases, and announcements across local and international channels.

• Collaborate directly with Christopher Obereder on daily growth, operational tasks, and strategic communications.

• Support portfolio startups with their positioning, storytelling, and public relations execution.

What we are looking for

• Strong background in public relations, communications, or startup media relations.

• Based in Thailand with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• High reliability, ambition, and a hands-on approach to complex communication challenges.

Your first months at Lotus Ventures

In your first months, you will take ownership of the public relations strategy, align closely with Christopher on ongoing startup investments, and establish active media relationships to support our portfolio companies scaling internationally.

Compensation and benefits

This role offers USD 5,000–8,000 per month.
