About Lotus Ventures

Lotus Ventures is an investment firm founded by Christopher Obereder, backing exceptional startups and ambitious young entrepreneurs in the Thai ecosystem. Over the next 12 months, the firm plans to deploy $1M+ into Asian startups, helping promising founders build, grow, and scale internationally from a base in Bangkok.

Your role

Working closely with Christopher Obereder across startups, investments, growth, PR, and operations, you will manage day-to-day administrative support and operational coordination for a new 12-month investment initiative starting in January 2027.

• Coordinate daily schedules, communications, and administrative workflows for leadership.

• Support investment tracking, portfolio communication, and startup evaluation processes.

• Assist with growth, PR initiatives, and operational projects across portfolio companies.

Compensation

THB 150,000–180,000 per month

Your first months at Lotus Ventures

During your first months, you will establish operational rhythms alongside Christopher Obereder, coordinate early investment pipelines, and take ownership of daily administrative workflows. You will quickly integrate into the Bangkok startup ecosystem and begin supporting our portfolio companies as they scale.
