In this role you are truly the “face” of the company to all customers. When a customer thinks about QLA, they will associate the company primarily with the experience you provide them with.

As a Customer Acquisition Associate at QLA, You will deliver exceptional, white-glove service by collaborating with each customer to ensure timely and comprehensive responses to their inquiries, addressing any areas of potential dissatisfaction, and personalizing each interaction to make it impactful.

This role emphasizes both the importance of closing sales effectively and the value of fostering long-term customer engagement — we will empower and give you the tools and training to turn every customer experience into a positive one!

You will be expected to provide exceptional support to customers, answering all questions about QLA's offered serivices in a way that excites and engages them.

To succeed in QLA, you must excel at working directly with clients to solve problems, think critically, and respond to inquiries with both efficiency and empathy. Strong communication with both clients and teammates is essential, as well as identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience, fostering lasting relationships in the process.

Tasks

  • Lead Generation and Client Engagement: Identify and engage potential clients. Maintain ongoing communication through phone, email, and in-person meetings to build strong relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Provide Personalized Customer Support: Respond to inquiries about products and services with tailored, engaging responses. Focus on making every interaction positive and impactful.
  • Facilitate Sales and Service Inquiries: Assist customers with product-related inquiries and service requests, ensuring a smooth and seamless process that meets their needs.
  • Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with teammates, contribute to daily meetings, and align on collective goals to maintain a high-performance environment.
  • Monitor and Improve Customer Experience: Track client interactions to identify areas for improvement, enhancing service delivery and fostering long-term customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications or coursework in sales or customer relationship management are a plus.
