Your mission? Transforming interest into closed deals in the DACH region.
Tasks
๐ฏKey Responsibilities:
- Take charge of qualified leads and prospects in the DACH region, surpassing sales targets through effective deal closure.
- Independently generate leads, contributing to the expansion of the sales pipeline.
- Manage customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction, and responding to any concerns, contributing to the retention and expansion of existing accounts.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the sales and marketing team.
Requirements
๐ผ Must-Have:
- Proven sales experience with a track record of consistently exceeding targets.
- Strong knowledge of loyalty programs and experience in the loyalty industry.
- Multilingual: Fluent in both German and English. Proficiency in Italian language is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM software (Pipedrive, Salesforce, Klenty).
