• Take charge of qualified leads and prospects in the DACH region, surpassing sales targets through effective deal closure.
• Independently generate leads, contributing to the expansion of the sales pipeline.
• Manage customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction, and responding to any concerns, contributing to the retention and expansion of existing accounts.
• Collaborate seamlessly with the sales and marketing team.

💼 Must-Have:

• Proven sales experience with a track record of consistently exceeding targets.
• Strong knowledge of loyalty programs and experience in the loyalty industry.
• Multilingual: Fluent in both German and English. Proficiency in Italian language is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM software (Pipedrive, Salesforce, Klenty).
