As a Growth Intern you will gain hands-on experience in building and scaling demand generation while working closely with Pyne's CEO, Roman, and with the Growth Manager Gabriel. This role offers the chance to learn from industry experts and potentially transition into a full-time position on our growth team after a (min 4 months, 6 months prefferred) internship.
Pyne is one of Berlin’s hottest AI startups, revolutionizing the way SaaS demos are delivered through AI-driven storytelling. With backing from top VCs (Lightspeed, SquareOne, and scout programs of Sequoia and Atomico), we’re on a mission to humanize the digital onboarding experience.
Tasks
- Assist in demand generation and outbound sales activities (mail, Linkedin, potentially coldcalling)
- Help generate and qualify leads for Pyne's AI-powered SaaS demos
- Support LinkedIn content creation and build followership
- Participate in market research, outreach, and customer engagement
- Collaborate on growth experiments
🚀 Your Goals during this internship:
- Generate 15 qualified leads per month
- Build a LinkedIn network of 3k additional relevant personas
- Support pipeline management and outreach strategies
Requirements
- A recent graduate from a top university with a passion for growth marketing and startups
- Strong interest in B2B SaaS, AI, or product-led growth
- Entrepreneurial mindset, highly motivated, and willing to hustle
- Excellent communication skills (German proficiency is a plus)
