• Tackle complex client challenges, engaging with stakeholders at various levels, including senior executives
• Lead international client projects, maintaining day-to-day client relationships and expanding PTOLEMUS’ services
• Oversee consulting projects, plan team activities, participate/conduct client workshops, and ensure top-notch deliverables
• Represent PTOLEMUS at global conferences
• Promote follow-on projects and sustainably grow our client portfolio.
• Other tasks/initiatives may be part of your journey with PTOLEMUS

• Master’s degree from a business or engineering school/university
• 3-5 years of experience, including 3 years in management consulting
• Proven ability to interact with clients at various levels and manage complex projects and teams
• Results-driven with the ability to deliver under tight deadlines and high standards
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills
• Experience in a multicultural environment
• Fluent in English with excellent writing skills; other European languages are a plus
• Genuine interest/experience in mobility/transportation
• Strong work ethic and team player, capable of working autonomously
• Entrepreneurial mindset.
