SAP SuccessFactors Security Architect (remote)

We’re currently supporting an international client looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Security Architect for a high-impact freelance role.

• Design and implement a security architecture for a greenfield SAP SuccessFactors setup
• Align security concept with client’s compliance and risk policies
• Integrate with identity platforms and existing security systems

• Deliver risk assessments, documentation, and workshops

• Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors Security Architecture
• Hands-on expertise in designing security concepts from scratch
• Knowledge of EU data protection and compliance standards
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills
• Willingness to travel to Germany for 1–2 workshops if needed
• Background in IAM within SAP
• Experience with regulated industries
• Based in Eastern Europe (Romania/Poland preferred for nearshore rate)
