Location: 5 days per week in Peterborough

We’re supporting a healthcare transformation consultancy - headquartered in London and supporting the NHS throughout the UK. This role is responsible for leading the RAID (Rapid Assessment, Interfaces and Design) diagnostic workstream to identify, assess, and prioritise high-impact organisational improvement opportunities for 26/27 for an NHS Acute Provider.

• Lead the RAID diagnostic to identify organisational improvement opportunities
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and gather quantitative and qualitative insights
• Analyse findings and deliver a prioritised, quantified outcome report for 26/27

• Experience leading organisational diagnostics or improvement programmes
• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
• Ability to analyse data and produce clear, actionable recommendations
