We’re supporting a consultancy that specialises in business and digital transformation, known for fostering strong relationships while designing and delivering large-scale, complex transformations throughout the UK.

They’re looking for a Change Manager for a client within the life science industry experience. You'll design and deliver structured change strategies that enable smooth implementation of transformation initiatives, ensuring people, processes, and systems align to achieve defined business outcomes.

• Lead the end-to-end change approach for transformation initiatives, ensuring adoption across impacted teams
• Manage stakeholder engagement and communications, keeping senior leaders aligned and driving buy-in
• Deliver change readiness, impact assessments, and adoption plans (including training and resistance management)

• An independent consultant
• 5+ years’ experience in change management, ideally gained within a consulting environment
