Tasks
Your Business and Area of Responsibility
- Quality Management within our group stands for ensuring the highest standards of excellence in our services, through systematic monitoring, evaluation and continuous improvement of all processes, fostering customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance and overall operational effectiveness.
We are certified to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015. - Develop, implement and maintain our Internal Quality Management System (IQMS) in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
- Oversee all internal process and systems to ensure they are compliant with quality standards.
- Manage and resolve quality-related issues, including customer claims and internal non-conformities.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to assess the effectiveness of our QMS and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with various departments to drive quality initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on quality management and best practices.
- Prepare and present quality reports to the management team.
- Evaluate Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and Technical Data Sheets (TDS) to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of REACH regulations in various countries and ensure company compliance.
- Develop and manage quality-related questionnaires for internal and external use to gather necessary data for quality improvement.
Requirements
Your Profile & Talents

- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience and/or certification in quality & regulatory management, preferably within the chemical industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, REACH regulations, and relevant industry standards.
- Experience with evaluating MSDS and TDS.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office and quality management software.
