Full-stack Developer (m/w/d)

We’re a young and fast-growing company—but this is our second venture. Before Prestatech, we founded and exited Prestacap, a lending platform for SMEs active in Italy and Germany.

To date, we have raised €8 million, which is helping us bring more innovative solutions to market, expand operations in Italy, and launch in the UK, Germany, and the US.

In the middle of a scale-up phase, Prestatech is looking for a Full Stack Developer (m/w/d). The work is mainly on the back end 70%, and on the front end 30%. Primary needs are further service development for the market needs and support of our new product: Finioo. It is a financial verification platform, it simplifies the lives of real estate players with an automated onboarding and financial verification platform.

Our stack:

• Our main product consists of two parts customer journey with Python backend and Partner-side C#
• For Python type hints are being extended across the code. Ruff is utilized as a linter & formatter, along with mypy as an additional type-checker
• Frontend: both products use VueJS 3, JavaScript with TailwindCSS
• Database: PostgreSQL
• CI/CD: Applications are deployed regularly with pipelines in Kubernetes within the Azure cloud

What You Bring

• Strong coding skills in Python or C#
• Experience with JavaScript and reactive UI approaches
• Knowledge and willingness to go better development approaches with frontend and backend
• Familiarity with developer environments Git, Docker, SQL or NoSQL databases, familiarity with CI/CD
• Desire to go tests firsts approaches and pair/mob design and programming

Interview Process

• Automated test assignment. 20-40 minutes code challenge around LeetCode Easy level.
• HR Interview: 20 minutes
• Tech Lead (Manager) interview: general questions about experience and engineering. Not more than 45 minutes
• Technical Interview. General experience discussion questions and online coding challenge around basic data structures usage. Around 1 hour
• Talk with CTO. 20 minutes
