## For this we need you

We're seeking a talented Product Designer to lead our design efforts in creating intuitive and delightful user experiences. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of our product, from conducting product discovery to conceptualising new and refining existing ones.  

Your expertise in user research, interaction design, and visual design will be key in crafting solutions that meet our users’ needs and drive engagement. Working closely with our experienceed design, development and product teams, you’ll turn insights into beautiful, functional designs that enhance our user experience and contribute to our product’s success.

## Your mission

* __UX/UI Design:__ Design user-centric interfaces and experiences for mobile applications
* __User Research:__ Conduct product discovery, user interviews and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions
* __Prototyping:__ Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new features and improvements
* __Design Consistency:__ Ensure design consistency and coherence across the entire product
* __Cross-Team Support:__ Take on further design tasks across departments (e.g. brand partnerships)

## What do you need

* __Experience:__ 2 years of proven experience as a Product Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
* __You know football:__ Amateur football is not new to you - you’ve played yourself, and/or are still active in a club. You have a good feel for the people, processes, and challenges on and off the pitch
* __Languages:__ You’re fluent in German & English
* __User Research:__ Experience in conducting user research and usability testing
* __Visual Design:__ Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
* __Design Principles:__ Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and responsive design

## Advantage but not a must

* Motion Design Skills are a plus
