• Development of technical architectures and designs with a focus on functionality and scalability, combined with collaboration with customers and stakeholders to identify their business and technical requirements
• Designing integration strategies to ensure seamless interaction between ServiceNow and existing systems, as well as identifying optimization opportunities to improve efficiency, user experience, and performance
• Providing expert knowledge to maximize the use of the ServiceNow platform, along with technical support for developers and project teams to ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices
• Supporting implementation teams during projects to ensure correct execution of the architectural design, as well as reviewing implemented solutions for quality and fulfillment of business requirements
• Conducting reviews and validations of architectures to ensure their robustness and future readiness, and effectively communicating technical concepts to various stakeholders
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and internal teams to foster effective collaboration, as well as developing scalable solutions that meet future requirements and ensure optimal use of resources

• Comprehensive understanding of various modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and HR Service Delivery, along with up-to-date ServiceNow certifications
• Knowledge of software and data architecture as well as integration patterns, including API integration using REST and SOAP, and middleware technologies for designing robust and scalable solutions
• Ability to model and analyze business processes, as well as to understand and document customer requirements in order to develop targeted solutions
• In-depth knowledge of the ITIL framework for designing efficient processes and applying best practices to improve service management
• Capability to clearly and effectively present technical concepts and to build strong relationships with stakeholders while incorporating their needs into solution architecture
• Experience in leading projects and teams for the implementation of ServiceNow solutions, with a commitment to mentoring and continuous learning in the field of ServiceNow and industry trends
• As a structured team player (m/f/x) with strong self-initiative, you possess excellent communication skills and are fluent in both German and English
