Responsibilities:
As Partnership Success Manager, you will be in a key position, responsible for defining the strategy of the Partnership Success division. The aim of this department is to proactively maintain relationships with our partners, improve their satisfaction and use of the terminals, and grow our commercial relationship with them. Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, you will be responsible for a team of 5 Partnership Success Coordinators whose job will be to support and ensure the satisfaction, loyalty an d development of our partners. Your role will be dynamic, with a multitude of functions:
- Managing your team - taking part in recruitment, training and upskilling your team
- Working in tandem with the Head of Partnerships, co-construct the strategy of the Partnership Success division, with its 3 key pillars: the satisfaction, loyalty and retention of our existing partners
- Define and optimise processes, tools and campaigns with Marketing and Product teams.
- Define the team's KPIs and set up the necessary dashboards to guarantee high-quality monitoring of our partners
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within the existing partner portfolio
- Ensuring the satisfaction of our partners - from onboarding through to renewal - by be coming our partners' internal ambassador
The Candidate we are looking for:
- 5 years' higher education from a business or engineering school or equivalent
- You have 2-3 years' experience in a management role as manager of a Customer Success team or Account Managers in a hyper-growth B2B scale-up.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to succinctly explain progress and any obstacles, as well as explaining our value proposition to a customer in a commercial manner
- Good knowledge of a CRM tool (Hubspot)
- You have an analytical mind and are very comfortable with figures
- Excellent organisational skills with a sense of priorities
- With a strong entrepreneurial spirit, you have the autonomy and independence needed to take important decisions quickly
- Rigorous and agile, you know how to analyse the performance of an initiative and draw the appropriate conclusions
- You are fluent in both spoken and written language and enjoy customer contact.
- You have the ability to understand our business plan and our growth and profitability levers, as an investment fund, but also to understand retailers' businesses so that you can offer them solutions tailored to their needs
- Appetence and enthusiasm for sustainable mobility and the desire to conquer a fast-growing market with a disruptive value proposition. Experience in electric mobility is a plu s. If you don't have this experience, we'll be able to take you to the next level.
- A good level of English is required
- Given the objectives of your position, you will be available to travel from time to time in France.
