Sideboom Operator

PMM Group is looking for a team of Sideboom Operator for various projects in Central Italy in order to operate sideboom equipment for lifting, moving, or positioning heavy materials such as pipelines, ensuring safety, precision, and compliance with project specifications.

• Operate sideboom equipment to lift, transport, and position pipes or other heavy materials.
• Perform tasks like pipeline installation, material handling, and load positioning.
• Ensure proper attachment of slings or other rigging equipment to loads.

- Proven experience as a sideboom operator or in heavy equipment operation.

- Ability to interpret technical drawings, load charts, and operational procedures.

- Strong understanding of equipment safety protocols and regulations.

- Proficiency in operating hydraulic and mechanical sidebooms.

- Physical stamina and the ability to work in various environments (e.g., extreme weather, uneven terrain).

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

- Knowledge of the Italian language is an advantage.
