Tasks

Together with your People Team Sebastian and Annkatrin, you are responsible for taking our People & Culture processes to the next level. This includes the following tasks:

  • Responsibility for Talent Acquisition and Retention to ensure we have the best people at the right time as we grow
  • Working closely with our three founders to build a high-performance company culture
  • Develop and implement people strategies that support our overall business strategy
  • Design and implement initiatives to create a motivating work environment where our employees feel comfortable
    Establishing and expanding processes and learning and development programs that motivate and develop our employees
  • Promoting open and effective communication between employees and management
  • Reviewing key HR figures and conducting data-based analyses
    Budget responsibility for the People department

Requirements

  • Min. 5 years of professional experience as Lead or Head of People & Culture, preferably in a fast-growing SaaS or tech company
  • Scaling experience in a fast-growing startup or scaleup
  • Sound knowledge in two or more HR areas, such as recruitment, talent acquisition, people operations, etc.
  • Very good knowledge of German labor law
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in human resources, psychology or business administration or relevant practical experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication skills and motivation to work in a dynamic environment
  • Fluency in English and knowledge of German is an advantage
