The Feel Good Manager at Pixel Plus will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and productive work environment for our team members. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing programs and initiatives that promote employee well-being, satisfaction, and engagement. This includes but not limited to organizing team building activities, mentoring and coaching employees, monitoring employee satisfaction, and addressing any concerns that may arise.
Tasks
- Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and satisfaction
- Organize team building activities and events
- Mentor and coach employees to improve their skills and job performance
- Monitor employee satisfaction and address any concerns that may arise
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a positive and productive work environment
- Provide support and resources to employees to help them navigate any personal or professional challenges they may be facing
- Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in employee engagement and well-being
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Feel Good Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of employee engagement and well-being best practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees and other stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred
