We are PIUR IMAGING, an innovative AI-driven medical device scale-up revolutionizing the third dimension of ultrasound. Our 3D tomographic ultrasound technology is transforming patient care, and we’re growing fast. With offices in Vienna and Munich, and a recent expansion into the U.S. market, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at our Vienna office and support our marketing and sales efforts across all our markets.

In this position, you will play a pivotal role in driving lead generation and supporting our marketing and sales teams. You’ll be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing our presence at medical conferences, and ensuring that our brand stays consistent across all touchpoints. Through targeted outreach, data analysis, and follow-up, you'll identify and nurture potential leads to expand our client base and increase engagement. Your efforts in coordinating and representing our brand at key events will directly contribute to our business growth, client acquisition, and overall success in the healthcare sector.

Lead Generation

• Develop and execute data-driven lead generation strategies to attract, engage, and convert high-potential leads.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing channels including Social Media (LinkedIn, YouTube), SEO, and email campaigns to maximize reach and visibility.
• Leverage analytics tools to continuously improve audience targeting, campaign performance, and lead conversion rates.
• Qualify and nurture leads based on digital engagement metrics, guiding them through the sales funnel with tailored follow-up campaigns and content.

Marketing and Engagement

• Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics to measure campaign performance and provide data-driven insights for improvements.
• Design and implement marketing campaigns (social media, email, etc.) to boost visibility and attendance for conferences and webinars.
• Develop communication plans for pre- and post-event stages to maintain attendee interest and support lead conversion.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing Management required
• University degree in Marketing, Business, Product or Event Management
• Excellent English skills, and preferably also German
• Proficiency with marketing tools (e.g., Social Media, Google Analytics, Google Ads, CRM systems)
• Digital Marketing certifications are a plus
• Event management experience, including coordination of virtual and in-person events
• Data-driven and results-focused with strong project management and organizational skills
• Creative, strategic thinker with a proactive, independent work ethic and excellent communication

• We offer a minimum gross salary of €42.000 p.a. (for a full-time position), with potential for a higher salary based on experience and qualifications.
