HR

In a nutshell

Picnic operates at a fast pace - both in our logistics and in our growth. As a Supply Chain & Operations Recruiter, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring we have the right talent in place to keep everything running smoothly. This is not your typical recruitment role - it’s dynamic, hands-on, and comes with significant responsibility. You’ll need to think fast, challenge hiring decisions when necessary, and take full ownership of the recruitment process from start to finish!

Tricks of the trade

  • Take ownership of the hiring process - from the initial outreach to the final offer, you’ll drive recruitment for operations, logistics, and supply chain roles.
  • Build strong relationships - partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and support them in making strategic hiring decisions.
  • Stay ahead of the curve - anticipate hiring needs and adapt quickly to new roles and shifting priorities.
  • Think out of the box - come up with new ways to find the right talent, think of setting up traineeships or future leadership programs.
  • Enhance and optimize - use data to refine hiring strategies, streamline processes, and improve overall recruitment effectiveness.
  • Be proactive - engage top talent, follow up effectively, and ensure a smooth, efficient hiring experience.
  • Shape our future teams - your expertise will help drive the growth and success of Picnic’s supply chain and operations functions.
