Operating as the key expert in your market (Netherlands, Germany, or France), you’ll develop and execute innovative creator campaigns that drive brand trust, engagement, and sales.

Tricks of the trade

• Launch & scale our creator program: Develop structured creator collaborations from scratch
• Source & onboard top creators: Find, connect, and partner with creators who align with Picnic’s brand
• Run high-impact campaigns: Create briefs, manage content reviews and ensure campaigns meet performance goals
• Build lasting relationships: Cultivate long-term partnerships through thoughtful gifting and exclusive events
• Manage budgets: Allocate budgets efficiently and adapt strategies to maximize impact
• Stay ahead of trends: Keep Picnic at the forefront of creator marketing by experimenting with new formats & platforms

Your superpowers

• BSc. or MSc. degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent
• At least 1 year of working experience
• Deep knowledge of social media trends across Instagram and TikTok
• Entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Strong project management skills, handling multiple campaigns and budgets
• Data-driven approach, optimizing performance based on clear KPIs
• Skilled negotiator and relationship builder, securing long-term creator partnerships
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in Dutch and English
• Nice to have: Proven influencer marketing expertise, creating partnerships or social media strategy
• Nice to have: Track record in building and scaling creator programs from scratch
