In a nutshell
Thanks to our Shoppers and Runners, all Picnic customers receive timely deliveries. They are essential to our supply chain, and our business couldn't run smoothly without them. As our Head of Payroll & Benefits, you will co-manage the monthly payroll cycle for Shoppers, Runners, and Central Teams, handle employee benefits, manage sick leave, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will also coordinate and execute benefits with the People team, work with our payroll provider, improve processes, train teams on payroll aspects of HR policies, and collaborate with various business teams. Together with our three other Payroll & Benefits Specialists you will help Picnic grow!
