At Picnic, we’re on a mission to revolutionize grocery shopping, and as Workforce Planner, you’re at the heart of it all. Collaborating with teams like Distribution, Growth Operations, and People Ops, you’ll balance operational efficiency, employee preferences, and customer happiness to make sure every order gets delivered on time.

But your impact doesn’t stop there. You will become an owner of key service offerings and tools. You’ll enhance them daily, whether by fine-tuning features, preparing for special circumstances, or developing innovative new planning solutions. Furthermore, you'll also lead cross-functional projects to refine processes and roll out game-changing improvements across new locations and countries.
