As the Product Owner for our Search & Ranking team, you’ll lead the development of Picnic’s search and personalized ranking systems, impacting millions of customer interactions each day. The team drives the end-to-end search experience—from search relevance and personalized product recommendations to an intuitive user interface. You’ll combine user research and design with data analysis and a deep understanding of search technologies to help customers find what they need effortlessly.
Working closely with a talented team of engineers, data analysts, and UX designers, you’ll identify opportunities to improve the user experience, build a product roadmap, and deliver it. With a mix of hands-on analysis, strategic planning, and care for good design, you’ll be instrumental in creating a tailored shopping experience that leverages the unique advantages of an app-only supermarket.
