With a fully automated warehouse in Utrecht, Picnic has proved yet again to be a game changer in the way you can do your groceries. And we are not done yet! In 2025, Picnic will expand with a new and improved fully automated warehouse in Oberhausen. As a Product Owner, you will have a crucial role in ramping up this brand new warehouse, next to the existing manual and hybrid ones. Together with the Tech teams and Automation analysts, you take full ownership and steer the direction on what to improve and which problems to solve.

🎯 What you’ll do

• Combine user research and data analysis to gain a deep understanding of the needs of our current supply chain
• Define and maintain the product roadmap in alignment with business stakeholders and our other product teams
• Build and support a highly effective team in a rapidly growing organization, together with your technical counterpart
• Foster an environment in which your team can excel and get the product to the next level

⭐ About you

• You have a Master’s degree in Mathematics, Physics, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Econometrics, Robotics or related
• You have 2-5 years of experience in a product-led organization, ideally as a Product Analyst or Product Owner for logistics products
• You have strong analytical and conceptual skills and the mindset of having data & tech at the core of everything you do
• You're deeply passionate about shipping great products with great user experiences
• You have solid interpersonal and collaborative skills to interact with different stakeholders
• You hold an EU working permit or citizenship
