As the Product Owner for our Search & Ranking team, you’ll lead the development of Picnic’s search and personalized ranking systems, impacting millions of customer interactions each day. The team drives the search experience—from search relevance and personalized product recommendations to designing an intuitive user interface. You’ll use insights from data analysis and user research to shape and enhance our search functionality, ensuring that customers find what they need effortlessly and quickly.
Working closely with engineers, data analysts, UX designers, and researchers, you’ll identify opportunities to continuously improve the user experience. With a mix of hands-on analysis, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration, you’ll be instrumental in creating a tailored shopping experience that leverages the unique advantages of an app-only supermarket.
