We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to hire top notch candidates for Strategy & Analytics domain and to build strong partnerships with STEM universities and student associations around the country. You'll work closely with our leadership team and international colleagues to successfully find the best suited talents.

🥜 In a nutshell

Our International Talent Acquisition team has 30+ colleagues and 14+ nationalities. We're located across our Amsterdam, Düsseldorf and Paris offices and once every quarter we're meeting for team events in one of these locations to celebrate our successes and brainstorm over various challenges. Our recruiters are not only the pioneers of top candidate experiences, but also the ones that steer a variety of initiatives like events, external partnerships, content creation (have you seen our page yet?) and so much more! We're using Greenhouse as our ATS in daily recruitment and we're famous for our one of a kind (link ☕️)!

🎯 What you'll do

  • Find and hire exceptional talent across various teams within Strategy & Analytics
  • Lead the end-to-end recruiting process, from CV screening to offer negotiation
  • Give sharp assessments of candidate's skills, performance and potential fit for Picnic
  • Build a robust pipeline of top candidates for immediate or future onboarding
  • Develop innovative initiatives including sourcing, networking, events set-up and partnering with relevant universities or associations

⭐ About you

  • You have successfully completed a Master’s degree in a relevant field
  • Relevant internship or full-time experience as in-house sourcer/recruiter, preferably in a start-up or scale-up environment
  • Stellar writing, speaking, and listening skills in English and German
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a track record ofextracurricular involvement demonstrating curiosity and drive.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
