Tasks
- Create a measurable impact on the growth of Pflegia
- Identify bottlenecks and opportunities in the user journeys of Pflegia
- Formulate actionable hypotheses, which can be verified or falsified in A/B tests and experiments
- Sketch, set up and help implement A/B tests, monitor them and measure the outcome
- Create JIRA tickets for the IT team
- Present learnings, create action items and follow up on them
- Contribute to the SEO, SEM, social media marketing and email marketing efforts connected to the growth of Pflegia, keep track of KPIs and improve them
Requirements
- Growth mindset
- Great quantititative reasoning, practical experience with statistics
- Very good knowledge of how to conduct A/B tests and lots of professional experience with it
- Very good knowledge of Posthog & SQL
- Good knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads and other Google APIs and thorough professional experience with them
- Basic knowledge about the underlying technical mechanisms of A/B tests and user journey monitoring, as well as tools like Segment or Hotjar
- Bonus points for basic coding skills
